Louisville Shuts Out Columbus

Cingrani is Top 100 MLB Prospect

Last year lefty Tony Cingrani had the lowest ERA of all minor league pitchers and he's not slowing down after reaching AAA in 2013. After crashing into top-100 prospects lists before the season he's started out with 12 scoreless innings that have included 21 (yes, 2-1) strikeouts with only three hits and two walks.

Louisville upped their record to 4-2 on the season with a 4-0 shutout of Columbus last night. Henry Rodriguez plated the first run of the game with an RBI single in the third inning and Mike Hessman added two more the next frame with his fifth home run of the season.
